Accounting officer

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

– In charge of keeping records of all financial transactions for clients companies;
– Prepare financial statements for client companies;
– Prepare/Supervise the preparation of annual CIT and/or VAT-returns;
– Communicate and coordinate with clients as well as all internal and external parties concerned on the client companies under management;
– In close co-operation with the other colleagues responsible for answering administrative issues and queries;

YOUR PROFILE:

– Degree in Economics, Accountancy or Business Administration;
– from 1 to 5 years relevant experience in a fiduciary company;
– Fluency in English and French, both verbally and in writing (German would be an asset);
– Sufficient understanding of accounting techniques and procedures as well as international tax law (CIT/VAT);

Corporate Officer

YOUR ROLE:

Draft, assess and/or revise contracts and/or corporate/paralegal documents, from incorporation to liquidation;
Apply / carry out incorporation/insolvency and liquidation rules;
Coordination and preparation of board meetings (minutes, resolutions…);
Coordinate the compliance and intake procedure together with team members
Communicate and coordinate with clients as well as all internal and external parties
In close co-operation with the other colleagues responsible for answering the day-to-day corporate issues and queries for specific client companies;

YOUR PROFILE:

– Minimum 1 to 5 years relevant experience in a fiduciary company;
– Fluency in German and English, both verbally and in writing. French is a strong asset.
– Pro active, team player and well organized.
