Incorporation of Luxembourg companies

l’Enregistrement et des Domaines » (AED) and the
client. Provision of an accredited maritime
manager:
- Provision of a Luxembourg accredited maritime
manager (as per Art. 132 of the maritime act as of
November 9, 1990)
- The accredited maritime manager is also appointed as
member of the board of the maritime company
- Coordination services for all matters dealing with the
Luxembourg maritime company and the Luxembourg
maritime registry
