Olivier Jarny is the co-owner and managing partner of REFERENCE CORPORATE SERVICES, has 4 years experience in France and the UK, and more than 20 years in the Luxembourg domiciliation business.

He acted as Head of Finance at Varde Partners, a hedge fund specialized in alternative investments, in charge of a portfolio of investments exceeding 500 Millions Euros.
Olivier worked at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) in London, in charge of the budget of certain subsidies for the region of Eastern Europe, Russia, Caucasus and Central Asia.
Olivier acted as member of the board of directors to numerous domiciled companies representing an aggregate total of assets exceeding 100 Billions Euros and provided the on-going management of Luxembourg SPVs, securitization vehicles and SICARs.
Olivier is a French national and is fluent in English and German.

Cédric has 25 years experience in the Luxembourg domiciliation business. He has specialized in providing services to a wide variety of clients like private equity funds, Islamic finance, maritime companies, venture capital funds, real estate funds, investment funds, securitization vehicles and private holding companies.
Cédric, the founding partner and co-owner of REFERENCE CORPORATE SERVICES, was director / head of a business units at Pandomus and at Alter Domus (ex-Fideos) where he was in charge of a team of accountants and corporate officers managing the corporate, legal and accounting aspects of a portfolio of client companies. Before, Cédric was a senior account manager at Amicorp Luxembourg, one of the world’s largest trust companies where he was also responsible for a team of accountants and corporate officers managing a portfolio of client companies. Cédric also held positions as client relationship manager at Equity Trust Luxembourg (ex-ABN AMRO Trust), as head of repackaging & securitization team at Interconsult, as accountant at Maitland and at Equity Trust (ex-Bayard Intl.Trust).
Cédric acted as director to numerous Luxembourg domiciled companies and provided the on-going management of Luxembourg SPVs as well as Luxembourg SICARs. Cédric is a member of the Luxembourg chartered accountants association (l’Ordre des Experts Comptables), is an accredited maritime manager and is a member of the Luxembourg Maritime Cluster. He has a degree in economics from the University of Namur (Belgium) and holds a diploma in accountancy from the High School Robert Schuman of Libramont (Belgium).
