The story of Reference Financial Services S.A. begins in 2011, when seasoned professionals Oliver Jarny and Cédric Raths founded Reference Corporate Services in Luxembourg. Originally registered as a Certified Public Accounting firm, the company was built with a clear vision: to deliver high-quality, trustworthy financial and corporate services in a tightly regulated environment.

From the outset, the founders understood that Luxembourg’s financial sector would increasingly demand rigorous compliance, operational transparency, and expert guidance. By December 2017, the integration was complete. The newly formed entity—Reference Financial Services S.A.—emerged stronger, broader in scope, and formally established as a Specialised PSF under CSSF supervision.
